About Us

Who We Are

Reconcili-ACTION YEG is a student-run blog from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. Our four-student team engages with issues related to advancing justice for Indigenous People. This year, we seek to deliver content in expanded formats to expand conversation, and inspire action.

Our Goals

This project is part of the Law & Social Media course at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. The goal of the course is to emphasize public advocacy of legal issues using social media. Our students hope to raise awareness of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and its Calls to Action. We intend to explore these issues through a legal lens for the purpose of informing the public and engaging in dialogue on this difficult topic.
